Pat Pannell – Chick Boss Founder
Pat is the driving force behind Chick Boss. She holds both bachelors and masters degrees in business administration. Over the last 25 years she has managed the operations and finances of organizations in multiple industries; including investment advisory, software development, performing arts, resort management and education. Chick Boss is her first foray into the worlds of manufacturing and retail. Pat’s strong operational and system perspective is balanced by her untamable creativity; a perfect blend for any entrepreneur. Her passion to improve the lives of the people of San Andres is contagious.
Jeanne Sheridan – Chick Boss Co-Founder and Jewelry Designer
The creative force behind Chick Boss. Jeanne Sheridan has spent her life voyaging around the globe, immersing herself in the crafts and cultures of distant peoples. She practices metalsmithing, fiber arts, jewelry design and creation. She is our in-house Renaissance Woman.
Carmencita Luna – Chick Boss Guatemala General Manager
Carmen is a licensed CPA and graduate of Universidad Mariano Galvez Guatemala. She is fluent in Spanish, English and French. She wears many hats for ChickBoss including the accounting, bookkeeping, taxes and personnel. Her role also involves contacting potential investors, creating sales plans, devising marketing strategies, representing our brand at trade shows and even modeling our jewelry for our last catalog.
Edwin Alonzo – Chick Boss Guatemala Production Manager
Edwin lived many years in the United States and speaks Spanish, English and Korean. He studied business management at Los Angeles City College in California. He works very closely with our artisans on the manufacturing of Chick Boss Premier Jewelry— women and youth.
Marilyn Polanco – Chick Boss Designer
With her background in industrial, product and graphic design, Marilyn is a welcome addition to the Chick Boss team. Her art installations have been featured at expositions and galleries in Guatemala and other Latin American countries. Her jewelry designs are structural, alternative and always innovative.
